Cheri lives in the Dallas area and received her Texas Real Estate license in 2001. She has earned her ABR and GRI designations and has consistently achieved top-ranking awards within her sales offices. She is currently Director of Career Development at Coldwell Banker Apex and utilizes her skills in training, recruiting, and sales. Her enthusiasm, energy, and sense of humor enable her to inspire her associates, clients, and students. She is frequently the "go-to" person to plan and produce special events.
Rockwall, Texas is Cheri's home where she is active in her community and her local church. Cheri's husband, Chad, is a mortgage broker, and her daughter, Ashley, is a realtor. You might say real estate is in their blood.
She has specialized in relocation for both major corporations and other group moves. Her interpersonal skills certainly shined through when an executive family panicked as they realized they would be in corporate housing for two weeks with no place for their cherished one-year-old beagle puppy. Cheri took the whole situation in stride. She met the clients at 10:00 P.M. en route from the airport, picked up the puppy, and took it home with her for the two weeks. Bottom line, she cares.
