Dan Robertson has been in the Real estate business for 22 years. The highlight of his real estate career has been the 10 years he spent teaching and mentoring Real Estate Agents on how to succeed in listing and selling Real Estate.
Dan entered the Real Estate business in 1985 after a successful 20 year career with Atlantic Richfield Oil Company. From 1985 to 1995 Dan was a Top Producing agent. Eight of those years his annual gross production exceeded $9,000,000. In 1989 Dan started his own company called Park One REALTORS® growing the company into 5 offices north of Dallas under the banner of CENTURY 21. In November 2005 Dan sold CENTURY 21 Park One REALTORS® to CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company.
Dan now devotes full time to his passion teaching pre and post Real Estate licensing courses and is working on his credientails to teach ABR, GRI, QuickStart and ASR. He is certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach Principals, Agency, Contracts, Investments, Property Management, Math, Law, Finance, Marketing and Brokerage, and the Elective MCE courses, including Legal and Ethics.
Dan's classes are truly a learning experience, interactive and fun. He brings a perspective to Real Estate that can only be accomplished by experiencing success, working in the trenches and hard knocks. When attending one of Dan's classes you learn how to succeed in Real Estate by working much smarter, cutting through the smoke and spending less time in the trenches.
Dan and his wife, Sheri, own a family real estate company called Park One Properties specializing in residential Property Management and Freddie Mac Foreclosures. Sheri runs the company with her sister, brother-in-law, mother and father. Dan helps out when not teaching.
Dan is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Marketing. He holds his Certified Residential Broker designition and is a member of Texas Real Estate Teachers Association(TRETA). He was recently elected the 2008 Secretary/Treasurer for Collin County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR). He is an Associate Broker with the Century 21 Judge Fite Company and perodically teaches in the Judge Fite Real Estate Career Training program.
He and Sheri have 6 children and 11 grandchildren and live in Plano, Texas. |
