Heather has a B.A. in Communication from Texas State University in San Marcos. She lives in the Austin area and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. As an Avalar real estate agent she currently mentors and trains agents in the Austin area. Over the past 15 years Heather has honed her dynamic speaking and training skills in a variety of professional positions. As a corporate sales trainer with Multi-Technology Services she spent her time training over 150 property management personnel in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio on sales, marketing, and customer service. As a High School Teacher and Coach of Speech, Debate, and Public Speaking, she helped students excel and hone their debate & speaking skills for competition.

Heather also served a term as the President of Business Networking International the Referral Power House chapter in Austin, Texas. During this time she was dedicated to helping others build their business and referral base.

During the past year, Heather has spent considerable time writing and presenting courses on time management and marketing specifically to address the needs and concerns of the real estate industry professional. She recently taught marketing sessions at the 2007 National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals State Conference with overwhelming success. Students find Heather’s courses fun, dynamic, and most importantly educational. Heather’s passion for education and dedication to professionalism shine every time she teaches.
