Pat received her Texas Real Estate license in 1980 and her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license in 1983. Pat was an active agent listing and selling real estate for over ten years before she moved into management and spent over seven years in the management field.
Pat is a Senior instructor for the Texas Association of REALTORS® and one of the most respected GRI instructors in the state. She is an approved instructor by the Women Council of REALTORS® (WCR), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) instructor, also approved to instruct SRES, and approved instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission. She was with the Century 21 National Training team for over six years, Director of Century Real Estate Corporation, consulting and responsible for seven states and just recently resigned from managing a Century 21 Judge Fite office in Arlington where she managed over 75 agents. While managing in Arlington, Pat's office was in the top 10 two years and top 25 out of 6600 offices in the Century 21 system for closed transactions. Retiring from management, Pat chose to pursue her passion---teaching/instructing/training/
For the past 2 years Pat has been a full-time independent instructor teaching in Texas, Tennessee, and Florida.
Pat is devoted to real estate training for both new and seasoned professionals, and instructs MCE courses as well as
ASR, and above listed courses.
Pat is a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and resides in Tarpley, Texas.
Pat has held offices in the local WCR organization, served on various committees for her local boards, has served on TAR's Education Committee, Faculty Review Committee, Agency Task Force Committee and for 2007 back on Education Committee. Pat also is on the National CRB Professional Development Committee, an active member of the Texas Real EstateTeachers Association and Real Estate Education Association. Pat is also approved by TAR to teach a two day "train the trainer class" called ITI, and a four day class called Quick Start, "train the trainer class".
Pat holds the following designations: ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, LTG, PMN, SRES, E-Pro, ASR, CNHS, RECS, and RFS, and CREI
