Background. After a successful career in industrial management, Wayne entered the real estate industry. He and his family have lived in north Texas since 1978 and in Farmers Branch since 1992.
Real Estate Sales experience. Wayne has had a productive career representing buyers and sellers first at Keller Williams-Northwest and at Advocates Realty in the DFW Metroplex.
Teaching experience. Wayne's teaching credentials include full time and part-time at the university and community college levels. Additionally, he has served as an in-house trainer and guest speaker at numerous real estate courses since entering the field. He has developed and presented numerous leadership/management programs while in industry and served as a technical instructor while in the Air Force.
Educational background. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from Texas Christian University. Wayne is currently certified to teach Legal/Ethical and elective MCE courses by TREC |
