| If you are inquiring about the Real Estate Salesperson Licensing, then you can complete all your education requirements on line.
You will need either 210 hours or 150 hours, depending on your previous experiance or collage. On our website under Trec forms there is an Education Evaluation form you can fill out and send to the Texas Real Estate Commision. They will determine how many hours you are requied to take.
Our online classes do not come with books or CD's. There is some material that can be printed out.
Once you have completed all the required classes on line, and submitted your certificates of completion to the State, you will then be given authorization to take the Real Estate Exam.
You must take the exam in person.
The state will send you a list of Testing locations.

However, if you have college credit classes TREC may accept 2 3-hr classes you have made 'C' or above to substitute for two 30-hr core elective classes, which would mean you would only have to complete five 30-hr classes, which would mean you would only have to complete the 150 hrs. | I have a BS in Business Administration. I have heard that this degree will covers some of the required classes. Is this true? Will allow me to skip some of the classes in your program? Thank you |
| You will still need to complete 5 30-hour classes, 4 of which are Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, and Principles I & II. The 5th class required can be any 30-hour 'core' elective. | Do you offer scholarships for prelicensing courses? |
| AllStar Academy does not offer scholarships for pre-licensing courses. However, we are affilliated with the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation which does offer a grant named The Real Estate Apprentice Grant. The Grant will award 20 bi-annual real estate grants totaling $250,000.
